Adopt-A-Highway Program

Prospective HRVRC Adopt-A-Highway Volunteers

Thank you for your interest in this program! HRVRC has adopted three sections of highway in Hood River County. Southern Highway 35 near Parkdale, Northern Highway 35 near China Gorge Restaurant and a stretch on Dee Highway. We preform pick up's on these highways 4 times a year and we would love to have your help. To participate you must do the following:

1. Contact the leader for the route you want to help out on. They will tell you when the next pick up is and where to meet. The leaders are:

2. It is required that you watch the 10 minute ODOT (Oregon Deparment of Transportation) safety video which can be accessed on You-Tube HERE.

3. Next please CLICK HERE to download and fill-in the form in the grey boxes at least two weeks in advance of the pick-up date and mail to:
